How does a "cash" sale work?
It works very similar to a regular sale, minus the headaches. Once under contract, we'll open escrow with a title company, who will then manage the transaction through doc signing and receiving/paying funds.
What is a "Net Cash Offer"?
A Net Cash Offer means the price we agree to is the amount you receive at closing (minus any payouts on mortgage and/or taxes). You will not have to pay any fees, closing costs or comissions.
Are you just going to low ball me?
Never. Our goal is to create a win-win. We do our best to get you close to what you would net if you were to list the home, we just say you the time and hassle of listing - and all those nasty fees.
How do you determine your price for my home?
All offers are based soundly off recent comparable sold properties in your neighborhood. We're happy to show you which homes we used to derive the value of your home.
